Returns & Exchanges
We accept eligible returns and exchanges within 7 calendar days of delivery.
To request a return or exchange, you must contact our customer service team within 7 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

Brand new, unworn, and unused

In the same condition as when it was received

Free from signs of wear, use, damage, alterations, stains, scratches, or odors

Returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and included materials

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, used, altered, damaged, or show any signs of use.
Please contact our customer service team before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Certain products may also be marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a change of mind or another reason not caused by T&N Jewelry, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us promptly. If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will cover the applicable return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Items that do not meet our return eligibility requirements may be refused and will not qualify for a refund.
